I'm looking for someone responsible, tidy, and easygoing. What the apartment offers: \- A fully furnished private room with a queen-sized bed, large wardrobe, and blackout curtains \- Shared spaces include a bright living room with dining area and city view, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and a clean, modern bathroom \- A small but efficient laundry room inside the flat \- A lovely terrace with panoramic views over the city \- High-speed internet and all utilities included The apartment is located centrally, just a 5-minute walk from the river and 20 minutes from Käferberg, ideal for enjoying both nature and city life. Public transport is very close and well-connected. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out and tell me a bit about yourself.
