WG-Zimmer in Zurich

WOMEN ONLY Hi! I’m looking for someone to temporarily take over my furnished room for 3/4 months while I’m travelling, from beginning of February until April/May (move in and out dates are flexible). The apartment is a cozy 3-room flat in an unbeatable central location, just 2 minutes on foot from the main train station – ideal for anyone who wants to live right in the city and get around easily. The room:The room is approx. 11 sqm and is fully furnished. The all-inclusive rent is CHF 1,150 per month – no hidden costs.Available: Feb to Apr (3/4 months, exact dates flexible). The apartment is a cozy 3-room flat shared with one other woman and two cats. The cats are an important part of the household, so being comfortable living with cats is a requirement. We value a relaxed and respectful shared-flat atmosphere, where everyone has their own life but also enjoys an occasional tea or chat in the kitchen. Cleanliness and order in the common areas are very important, so that everyone feels comfortable at home. For this reason, I am specifically looking for a female tenant, as it tends to be the best fit for the household.
