1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Winterthur

Hello, My partner Vivi and I (Gian) are going away for three months in Winter and we are to sublet our studio apartment on Wülflingerstrasse in Winterthur. The apartment is essentially brand new, move-in ready, and fully furnished, though we are happy to be flexible and remove anything you won't need during your stay. You will have everything you need, including your own in-unit washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, and freezer, and we just got a smoker/grill that you can make good use of. The building features elevator access, and while we will be using the basement to store our personal belongings while away, you'll have full run of the apartment. The location is exceptionally convenient, situated just a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, a Migros grocery store, and a great local Turkish shop. We have no strict tenant preferences and welcome both individuals and couples. The only special request we have is for help taking care of our houseplants, as we have quite a few and would love for them to be looked after while we're away—though we are happy to move some out if it feels like too much.
