Room in a shared apartment in Elsau – 9 m² in a lovely penthouse apartment CHF 880 per month | 9 m² | unfurnished We are looking for a new flatmate starting at the end of October for our beautiful, bright penthou apartment in Elsau. The room measures 9 m² (gross area) and is generally handed over unfurnished. However, there is an option to take over certain pieces of furniture from the previous tenant by arrangement. The Apartment The apartment offers plenty of space and a pleasant living atmosphere: * Bright penthouse apartment * Open-plan kitchen * Large shared living area * Large balcony * 2 bathrooms * Elevator available * Quiet and pleasant location Location The apartment is conveniently located for transport: * Approx. 9-minute walk to Winterthur Hegi train station * Bus stop right around the corner * Coop, Migros, Lidl, and other shops within a 9-minute walk Your Future Flatmates Eva, 24, certified medical assistant (MPA) and is currently doing the Passerelle in Frauenfeld. She enjoys traveling, reading, volunteering at the local dog shelter and going to the gym. Cristian, 22, works as a chef and enjoys an active lifestyle. He likes swimming, jogging, and hiking. He also enjoys reading. Geri, 25, work at the Windwerk as a skydiving instructor. He enjoys traveling and making music. We are looking for someone between 9 and 30 years old and preferably a part-time student who is easy-going, and keen to be part in the shared houshold chore
