2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zurich

**TEMPORARY** flat in the heart of Wiedikon 🏠 I am subletting my 2-bedroom flat from **02.22.2026** until **15.03.2027 OR 30.04.2027 (most likely 15.03)**, with the possibility of an extension to be discussed later. The flat is fully furnished, including a desk and monitor if you need to work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and microwave. Unfortunately there is no basement, but there is a separate small room with 2 wardrobes and clothes hangers (see the door next to the dining table). There flat has a balcony with morning sunlight ☀️ I am looking for someone who will take good care of the flat, who is respectful, tidy and clean. No parties and non-smoker is preferred * 2 months deposit required * Keys handed over upon payment of the first month’s rent * Washing machine and dryer available in the basement and can be used anytime 📍 Great location: 3 minutes walk to Bahnhof Wiedikon, tram 9, 24, 2 and 3, and bus 25. If you’re interested, please send me a little information about yourself, and I’ll organize viewings in the coming days :)
