WG-Zimmer in Baar

Do you regularly spend time in Zug and need a place to stay ? We offer you a private room and the appartment with shared use. The owner travels frequently and is only occasionally at the apartment. Sometimes he stays for a few days; at other times, he uses it during the day as a home office. This means you will often have the apartment to yourself, enjoying plenty of peace and privacy. The apartment is fully furnished, with terrace. In good location: 10 minutes walking distance to Baar train station, 15 minutes to Zug train station. Food shops are nearby: Lild and Migros (1 minute walk). Internet is available- high speed glass fiber internet. Electricity, heating and water usage are inclded in the price. There are many books - in German and English - the colelction of the owner. The terrace gives you extra space - there are flowers and bushes, table with chairs and sun umbrella. I am looking for a reliable person, who likes to keep the place clean, seeking a flexible arrangement for recurring stays—for example, someone who regularly works in Zug. The price can be discussed. If you stay less, then the price can start from 1.200 CHF/month. If you stay more (every week), then the price will be 1.600 CHF/month. Parkplatz is available in the house for extra 120 chf/month. Interested? Please tell me a little about yourself and how often you would like to stay. I look forward to hearing from you! \=== DEUTSCH === Zimmer in Zug – Id
