My current flatmate is moving out to pursue her studies, so her room is becoming available. ● About the Flat: - Bright, cozy 3rd-floor apartment in a peaceful multi-family house with all essentials included. - Located in a green, residential area close to everything: walking distance to HB, 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and 5–20 minutes to the tram. - Daily amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, University Hospital, and University of Zurich) are all just a short walk away. - shared storage room (between us) - shared laundry room (with the whole house but very clean) ● Rent: ca. CHF 2,640/month (utilities/expenses excluded) ● Deposit: 3 months rent I’m looking for an easygoing and respectful female flatmate to move in. I like keeping the flat a quiet, clean and relaxing space to unwind, so I'm looking for someone who shares that lifestyle (no house parties, please / occasional gatherings or friendly dinners are welcome).
