WG-Zimmer in Zürich

We’re looking for a new flatmate for a **~5 m² room** in our WOKO shared flat at Bahnhaldenstrasse 9. The apartment is right next to Seebach station, making it easy to get around Zürich. **Location & commute** * 🚆 Seebach station is just nearby * 🎓 ETH Hönggerberg: ~15 min by public transport * 🏛️ ETH/UZH Zentrum: ~30 min * 🌿 UZH Irchel: ~20 min **Rent & dates** * 💰 Rent: **CHF 780/month** * 📅 Subletting period starting **01.10.2026** * 📦 Move-in date is **completely flexible** * 📝 Official WOKO contract starting **30.11.2026 onwards** **The room** The room is approximately **2.8 × 4.8 m (~5 m²)** and comes with: * Big cupboard * Big shelf * Big desk (2.0 × 80 cm) * Bin * WOKO 90 cm bed * Generic chair * An old office chair can also be kept for free, if wanted The flat has a relaxed and independent atmosphere. We’re not a super-social WG, but we do enjoy spending time together occasionally — for example, having a movie night or sharing a meal. So there’s a nice balance between having your own space and getting to know your flatmates. If you’re interested, feel free to send us a message and tell us a little about yourself!
