WG-Zimmer in Zürich

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our duplex WG in Toni-Areal (Kreis 5), ideally from November. We are three young professionals - Elise, Cyril, and Nicolas - aged between 29 and 31, originally from Belgium, France, and Switzerland. We truly enjoy living together and sharing a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our schedules are often busy with work, social activities, and travel, so we’re frequently on the move, but we also value the moments we spend together at home (or out and about). The apartment is a modern duplex located on the 17th floor, offering a stunning view over the entire city. It features two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a loggia, a cellar, and dedicated bike storage. The price includes a cleaning service of the common spaces on a bi-weekly basis. There will be no deposit, but an annual insurance fee of 200 CHF that needs to be paid per person. Additionally, the room comes furnished for sale with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair and mirror for 300 CHF. To maintain the balance in the flat, we would prefer a female flatmate. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone whose lifestyle matches ours - someone who enjoys shared moments and contributing to a pleasant WG life. If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to reach out. We’d be happy to meet you and tell you more about us and the room.
