WG-Zimmer in Zurich

I am renting my room in a 3 bedroom shared flat on Langstrasse. The rental agreement will begin with a 3 month sublet, with the opportunity to take over the main contract for the flat after 3 months. The rent is 2,450 chf per month. Wifi is an additional 20 chf per month. The flat is in a very central location in a great neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and bars. There are two very friendly and social flatmates (M, 32-37). We enjoy having dinner together, hanging out, playing tennis or doing other activities, and host the occasional party at our flat. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and one bathroom and comes furnished. The bedroom you would rent comes with a bed that you can take or get rid of. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Let me know if you are interested in being apart of this shared flat!
