1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich

Angeboten von Tauschwohnung GmbH. Hello everyone, We are looking to exchange our beautiful appartement for something smaller and cheaper as one of us will leave Zurich. The appartement is located in lively neighborhood (nice shops, bars, restaurants around!) yet in a very calm street with blocked access to cars. Zurich HB is a 12min walk away and you have many tram and bus stops around. The appartement has the following amenities: 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 office area, 1 dining room, 1 living room, 2 balconies, 1 shared rooftop, 1 shared washing machine and drier + drying room (super fast cycles and nobody in the flat uses them !), +beautiful tall trees on the street. Looking forward to meeting you. Thomas and Val
