WG-Zimmer in Zurich

I am offering a 24.7 m2 room in a shared apartment, available asap. We are 2 roommates (W/M). We are looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to share the living space - and maybe a few meals or chats, depending on everyone's mood :) About me: \* 28 years old, working as a Project Manager \* Speak English, French, Spanish, and currently learning German \* Enjoy sports (both playing and watching), photography, cooking, and spending time with friends around the city \* I am a calm, clean and considerate person, and I would like to live with someone who is also tidy and okay with taking turns cleaning shared areas. If you are looking for a friendly, respectful and relaxed flatshare, feel free to reach out for more info or to arrange a visit! We are not looking for a smoker of anything as it is forbidden The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and all the essentials for cooking. There is also a bathroom, two toilets (one inside the bathroom), and a washing machine available for everyone to use. There is also a cellar where you can store a bike or your belongings. If not furnished, only the bedroom will be unfurnished. You can take over for 460chf the furnitures. If furnished, the room will be \*\*fully furnished\*\*
