1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zurich

\*\*\*English\*\*\* I am looking for a replacement tenant for my 1.5-room apartment in Zürich Hirzenbach. The apartment is in a great location, close to nature, and the public transport connections are excellent with Stettbach (an 8-minute walk) and Hirzenbach (a 5-minute walk) nearby! The apartment is very modern, featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer inside the unit. It gets plenty of sunlight, but stays comfortably cool in the summer if you lower the blinds during the day. A major highlight is definitely the small room right next to the kitchen, which offers plenty of space for groceries and household items.
