Hi everyone, We are looking for a sublet for October for our spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment located between **Schaffhauserplatz and Milchbuck**, just a **2-minute walk from the tram stop Guggachstrasse** (Trams 7 & 24). The apartment offers: * a large living room with access to a **balcony,** * an open-plan kitchen and dining area, * **3 bedrooms** (**one** **of which** is available for rent): * ~9m2, price per month: **269** CHF incl. utilities (322.5 CHF/week) * a separate **office room** (perfect for home office), * one bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is well-connected to the city, supermarkets (Coop and Migros within 3 min walk), and Irchel Park, making it ideal for students and young professionals. The room is available **from October 2st until November 2st**. The room is currently furnished. Please note that a small deposit will also be required upon move-in. **About us:** We are 37, respectively 32 years old - a argentinian somelier and a postdoc student at ETH Zürich, both easy-going, who enjoy a calm and respectful shared flat environment. We’re looking for open-minded, reliable flatmates who enjoy a relaxed but friendly WG atmosphere. If you’re interested, feel free to send us a message with a short introduction about yourself and a picture - we'd be happy to hear from you!
